• Investigate fraud alerts using various computer systems.
• Decide on fraud disconnects, credits, and coordinate with Credit & Collections.
• Serve as a contact for law enforcement and legal entities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
