Define and execute product strategy aligned with Barclays' vision and market needs.
Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch with efficient, value-driven processes.
Oversight of product goals, performance metrics, and roadmap alignment with business targets.
Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and adjust backlogs accordingly.
Champion customer-centric decision-making across the development lifecycle.
Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate vision and progress.
Mentor and develop product team members to sustain high performance.
Identify and manage risks, ensuring proper controls and mitigation strategies.
