Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related functions.
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis.
Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, dashboards, and business insights.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead and support cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and business reviews.
Coordinate governance activities, audit and control deliverables, and risk management processes.
Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and innovative solutions.
Respond to executive requests and support senior leadership decision-making.
