  • Process Improvement: Take on ad hoc analytical and process improvement projects that address new business problems.
  • Data & Analytics: Work with raw data to analyze fraud trends and pipeline performance, with opportunities to learn and apply SQL.
  • AI-Powered Operations: Utilize AI tools to accelerate investigations, analysis, and documentation, and identify innovative ways to apply AI to fraud operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, sales, operations, analytics, portfolio strategy, customer experience, legal, and compliance.
What you bring:

  • Curiosity: Expand technical and domain expertise in fraud and credit risk management, with enthusiasm to work with data and analytical tools such as SQL and decision trees (training provided)
  • Execution: A hands-on attitude with the ability to prioritize and multitask deliverables effectively
  • Communication: Excellent written and story-telling skills, with confidence collaborating across diverse departments.
  • Schedule: Ability to work 11 AM - 8 PM ET (9 AM - 6 PM MST)
What we offer:

  • Personal & Technical Growth: Ongoing training and mentorship, with direct opportunities to test your data-driven ideas that impact the business
  • Visibility: Opportunities to present business cases directly to cross-functional leadership and gain broad exposure
  • Collaboration & Camaraderie: A supportive team environment where teammates challenge, encourage, and back each other up
