A financial institution is hiring a Fraud Customer Service Advisor. This remote role involves supporting customers with card-related inquiries, preventing financial loss, and handling fraud claims. Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. We are currently HIRINGREMOTE for March classes in the following cities/states:
Pay: $20.00/hour + 10% Shift Premium (12:30pm CST start time or later)

Available Schedules: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM CST
If hired, you must be able to attend six weeks of training Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST and successfully complete required program testing.
Service Advisors are scheduled to work five days each week, including every other weekend, to include both Saturday and Sunday.
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Our Inbound Fraud department is the central unit that receives inbound calls from credit, debit, and corporate/government card customers related to suspicious and unauthorized activity.
