Qualifications

• Experience leading fraud analytics teams (8+ years preferred).
• Strong data manipulation, SQL, and Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Hyperion, SAS, Python, Tableau).
• Experience with relational databases and data mining.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, provide coaching and feedback; analyze fraud metrics and trends.
• Test, implement, and modify fraud strategies; evaluate databases and performance.
• Integrate fraud data with other sources and design automated reports.
• Present performance to clients and collaborate on fraud projects.
• Handle ad hoc requests and identify improvement opportunities.
