Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Lead Fraud Analytics Implementation Manager for a ~12-month contract with hybrid on-site work (3 days/week) in Dallas/Irving, TX, plus other locations. The role requires evaluating and deploying advanced fraud detection models within our enterprise fraud framework, coordinating with Mastercard and MRM for approvals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of machine learning algorithms and model performance metrics (ROC‑AUC, precision/recall, log loss).
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical deployments and model integration lifecycles.
• Direct experience navigating MRM compliance, governance, validation and approvals in financial services.
• Experience analyzing large transaction and risk datasets to drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark, evaluate, and test existing and proposed fraud models; assess impact and ROI to prioritize work.
• Lead end-to-end deployment into the fraud ecosystem; coordinate with MRM for validation and approvals.
• Direct cross-functional roadmaps combining data science, infrastructure, and rules engine updates.
• Collaborate with fraud ops and rule teams to integrate model scores into active rules and payment paths.
• Serve as the central liaison between data science, technology partners, MRM, and risk executives.
