Job summary

Open Scientific is recruiting an Ecommerce Fraud Analyst to join a Global Vitamin Company in Holbrook, NY. You will review suspect orders and help maintain a low fraud rate by approving or declining transactions using the Safetech fraud management tool.

Daily duties include analyzing orders for fraud indicators, identifying trends, and adjusting rules. You will also contact customers to verify order information and support the team with accurate decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience.
• Some college preferably.

Open Scientific is currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Fraud Analyst to work for a Global Vitamin Company located in Holbrook. The right candidate will be responsible for reviewing suspect orders for fraud. The goal is to maintain a low incidence of fraud and chargebacks initiated from fraudulent transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily review of suspect orders using Chase Paymentech’s Safetech fraud management tool.
• Analyze suspect orders for indications of fraud.
• Approve and decline orders.
• Maintain low margin of error when approving and declining orders through knowledge, experience and assistance from Manager.
• Identify and elevate trends.
• Assist in the revision of existing rules and creation of new rules.
• Contact customers to verify order information.

Requirements:

• 1 year Customer Service experience
• Some college preferably
