Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life within the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life. This full-time role focuses on supporting development of chapter leaders and volunteers, managing a large Greek community, and collaborating with campus units on prevention and wellbeing initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 1+ year of related experience. Typical hours are weekdays 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Preferred: Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20-30 fraternities and sororities.
• Run the Standards of Excellence Program.
• Facilitate leadership, health and wellbeing education and other programs.
• Plan and execute programs such as Honors, Leadership Retreat, and officer transitions.
• Coordinate with hazards, alcohol, drugs, sexual assault prevention, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Advise the Order of Omega and participate in committees as needed.
