Overview

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Manages the development of Inspire Brands to expand market presence and support the growth and transformation of the brands. Activities result in profitable new alternative distribution points. This is accomplished by selling franchises through building relationships with potential landlords in nontraditional venues, commercial food service operators, concessionaires and other nontraditional operators, ongoing coaching, and counseling of existing franchisees, as well as interaction with real estate brokers, governmental authorities, and other Inspire Brands associates.

  • Initiates communication on the opportunity to internal constituents

Internal collaboration with cross functional teams - 10%

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Business, Marketing or related field

  • 3 Years experience in Non-Traditional industry experience Franchising Sales

Salary

$85,081 - $167,010 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
