Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Manager, Franchise Technology Engagement in Irvine, CA to lead franchise engagement operations within the Digital & Technology organization.

The role connects Technology, franchise networks, Operations, PMO, and business partners to drive alignment, governance, and transparency across the D&T portfolio.

You will develop executive presentations, coordinate governance forums, and build engaging materials for senior leadership and franchise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, franchise engagement, communications, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional governance processes and stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive presentations and leadership materials for senior audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise technology engagement activities and governance forums across the D&T portfolio.
• Translate portfolio updates and roadmap priorities into franchise-facing communications and engagement materials.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and briefing materials for FRANMAC and Technology Governance meetings.
• Coordinate readiness activities for major technology initiatives with communications and stakeholder alignment.
• Improve franchise engagement workflows, governance processes, and transparency across D&T.
• Create reporting content that supports leadership engagement with franchise and cross-functional stakeholders.
