Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will also recommend improvements to the internal sales process, analyze reporting metrics, contribute to strategic initiatives, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Assist in creating and maintaining training materials. Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations to identify process bottlenecks and improve the Salesforce sales cycle. Support the implementation of strategies to enhance sales efficiency through Salesforce automation and workflows. Gather user feedback and lead process improvement workshops. Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity.
  • Salesforce Business Admin: Serve as the “subject matter expert” for Salesforce, providing primary support to the sales team. Collaborate with development teams to customize features. Develop criteria and measures for outcomes. Customize reports, views, and dashboards. Support sales initiatives and liaise with shared services. Provide support on the dashCRM platform. Understand the sales cycle and internal processes, including submitting applications, GCI, FDDs, and reporting. Perform additional duties as needed.
  • Sales Process Optimization and Metrics Reporting: Support sales process improvements and generate relevant metrics and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and brand teams to align messaging and efforts. Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce certification required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • High-speed internet required
  • Strategic thinking beyond immediate tasks
