What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and finalizing conversions
  • Implement the brand's sales strategy to meet or exceed annual quota targets
  • Collaborate effectively with brand, shared services, and sales enablement teams to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process, leading primary meetings and discussions
  • Utilize CRM to track pipeline progress and develop presentations for brand leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a business development or management consulting environment; real estate or franchise sales experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to read and interpret financial statements and encourage business deals
  • Proven capability to deliver engaging presentations both in-person and virtually
  • Basic understanding of sales CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office
