Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in New York. You will take hands‑on responsibility for daily operations, collaborate with Assistant and Shift Managers, and lead in hiring, training, and staff development to deliver top customer service and quality food.

You will also drive financial performance, enforce policies, resolve customer and HR issues, and maintain payroll integrity while promoting a strong ownership mindset across the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality and customer service standards.
• Manage cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Address HR issues including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Own and optimize payroll accuracy and hours reporting.
