Job summary

Extraordinary Brands is seeking a Franchise Paralegal in a fully remote role. You will drive the FranConnect implementation across five brands and 200+ locations, while supporting the General Counsel with franchise agreements, FDDs, and related documents.

The role requires strong drafting, records management, and a service mindset to coordinate with franchisees, brand teams, and leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Paralegal certification, legal assistant training, or equivalent experience preferred; Notary Public a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation and rollout of FranConnect across 5 brands and 200+ locations.
• Clean up, standardize, and migrate franchise data; build scalable processes to keep records accurate.
• Continuously evaluate and improve franchise administration workflows, systems and reporting.
• Provide direct, day-to-day support to the General Counsel on a wide range of legal-adjacent tasks.
• Draft and refine franchise agreements, amendments, addenda, and notices; maintain templates.
