Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an experienced Paralegal with heavy franchise experience in Greenwood Village, CO to support franchise operations, documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Legal, Franchise Operations, Development and Finance to manage FDD updates, registrations and franchise agreements through lifecycle.

This role requires 5+ years of franchising experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong contract administration across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a legal-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience in franchising.
• Experience with FDDs, franchise agreements, and state registrations.
• Strong contract administration, document management, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review franchise documents and amendments.
• Coordinate execution and ensure document maintenance.
• Update Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) annually.
• Manage state registrations, renewals, and filings.
• Support franchise onboarding, renewals, transfers, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Franchise Ops, Development and Finance.
