• 2+ years in client-facing account management or client success.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta.
• Comfortable leading recurring client meetings and answering questions on the spot.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Uses AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and keep them healthy through changes in performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point paid media contact for your franchise owners.
• Run recurring performance review meetings and keep them useful and clear.
• Turn data from Google Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads into plain-English recommendations.
• Build charts, dashboards, and summaries that make performance easy to understand at a glance.
• Handle tough conversations when results dip, staying honest and focused on the solution.
• Relay franchisee feedback to the paid media team and follow up until it is resolved.
