Job summary

Decimal is seeking an Owner/Operator to run a Louisville franchise, taking on client relationships and the accountability of a practicing firm. You’ll leverage the technology stack, specialized teams, and Decimal network to grow the practice while adhering to standards and governance.

Initially you’ll manage firm operations, client delivery, and business development, transitioning toward leadership and strategy as the team expands within Decimal’s framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
• Track record managing client relationships directly.
• Experience reviewing and signing off on complex engagements.
• Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff.
• Business development or sales experience, including client expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Louisville franchise, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Lead Accounting Managers and Delivery teams, with performance reviews.
• Manage client onboarding, relationships, and scale new business.
• Review complex engagements and ensure GAAP/IRS compliance.
• Collaborate with Decimal corporate on marketing and growth strategies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and operational processes.
