The Franchise Owner role at Summit Building Services is a full-time, on-site position located in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of a local cleaning franchise, including staffing, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with company standards and LEED-aligned green cleaning practices. The Franchise Owner will manage client relationships, respond to service inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all accounts. Responsibilities include developing local sales strategies, networking to grow the client base, and presenting tailored cleaning solutions to prospective and existing clients. The Franchise Owner will also recruit, train, and supervise team members, monitor performance and safety protocols, manage budgets and financial reporting, and collaborate with the corporate team to implement Summit’s “Service First” mission.
