Position Title: Franchise Operations Project Manager

Works Closely With: COO, Franchise Brand Presidents, Operations, Marketing, Franchise Development, IT, and Executive Leadership. Reports to lead Integrator.

Location: Remote – Travel as needed

Position Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic leadership at Evive Brands, bridging brand-level operations with platform-level execution across a growing portfolio of franchise companies. In this influential position, you'll lead key initiatives, integrate newly acquired brands, and spearhead projects that align with organizational goals, making a significant impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Oversight & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate platform-wide initiatives aligned with Evive's strategic goals.
  • Oversee active brand-level projects, providing guidance to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategic priorities.
  • Track progress and ensure milestone achievement and project completion.

Brand Acquisition Integration

  • Collaborate with the COO to integrate newly acquired brands through structured 100-day plans.
  • Align new brands with Evive systems, processes, and standards.
  • Lead onboarding and integration efforts across all departments.

Onboarding Process Revamp

  • Lead the redesign of brand onboarding workflows using Monday.com.
  • Partner with brand leaders to customize onboarding plans while maintaining cross-brand consistency.
  • Build scalable, structured onboarding frameworks for both franchisees and internal hires.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of CRM systems in collaboration with operations, brand leadership and IT.
  • Manage CRM project timelines, drive adoption, and troubleshoot implementation barriers.
  • Recommend enhancements and ensure long-term system optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as liaison between departments such as IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Facilitate alignment and accountability across business units and ensure clear communication channels.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to support project execution and organizational integration.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Management

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
  • Standardize documentation, project workflows, and internal communication.
  • Maintain internal resources such as branded coaching decks, FAQs, dashboards, and knowledge hubs.

Resource Allocation & Budget Oversight

  • Optimize resource use across projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Adjust integration and project strategies in response to new challenges or shifting priorities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in franchising with strong exposure to operations, marketing, and franchise development.
  • Multi-brand experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects.

  • Google Workspace and other operational platforms
  • Demonstrated success in building and driving scalable processes and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
