As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support our network of franchisees in the senior care industry in their day-to-day operations. This includes conducting regular check-ins with franchise owners to ensure compliance with company standards, providing ongoing training and support, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the overall operational and revenue performance of our franchisees.

Role Overview:
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance, operational support, and training to all franchisees. Your role will drive compliance, accountability, and growth across the network while fostering open communication between franchisees and the Corporate office. This role requires 40-60% travel, either regionally or across the U.S., focusing on building strong relationships with new and existing franchise owners while supporting their operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Support & Coaching: Offer continuous coaching to franchisees, focusing on situational leadership, financial management, and operational efficiency. Partner with franchisees to develop and implement growth strategies, including local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
On-site Visits: Monitor daily operations, provide coaching, assess compliance and service, and build trust through in-person engagement.
Franchisee Onboarding/Training: Enhance and implement a 90-day onboarding training program. This includes equipping new franchisees with the essential industry-specific knowledge and tools they need to succeed from the start.
Franchise Meetings: Hold regular meetings with franchisees to review performance, address challenges, and plan for growth, including bi-weekly for new franchisees, monthly, quarterly, and annual sessions.
Financial Performance/KPI’s: Review P&L statements, optimize profit margins, and analyze revenue to improve pricing and services. Focus on long-term financial stability through budgeting and forecasting while driving KPIs like revenue, growth, profit, and efficiency to align with franchise goals.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Assist franchisees in adhering to brand and industry regulations, ensuring compliance and the delivery of high-quality services.
Operational Audits: Conduct operational audits to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with brand marketing coaches and franchisees to execute growth strategies, leveraging marketing initiatives and community outreach to boost local brand awareness and client acquisition.
Communication & Alignment: Serve as a bridge between franchisees and the Corporate office, fostering open and effective communication to resolve challenges, support revenue growth, and drive ongoing franchise performance.
Conference & Training: Facilitate training sessions and lead roundtable discussions at Executive Home Care’s annual conference, sharing insights on best practices, industry trends, and strategies for success.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, performance reports, and compliance documentation for each franchisee.
Experience & Skills:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar FBC role is required. Franchise experience within the senior care industry highly preferred.
Franchise Operations Experience: Proven experience in franchise operations, including supporting franchisees with business development, operational guidance, and compliance to drive consistent performance and growth.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM’s, Google Suite, Quickbooks
Leadership & Coaching Abilities: Strong coaching and motivational skills suited to our industry.
Financial Acumen: Experienced in financial analysis, budgeting, and optimizing profit margins to improve business performance.
Communication & Organization: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and documentation.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is up to $85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
