This role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sustainable financial results through refined processes and strong leadership.

You will collaborate with dealership leadership to improve customer retention, mentor technicians and advisors, and drive operational excellence across the fixed operations department.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership service management experience required.
• Ability to lead people and operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Honda is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and coordinate diagnostics.
• Ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
• Recommend best-value repairs based on issue and needs.
• Manage delivery of repair actions and set customer expectations.
• Maintain documentation including PO, invoices, and work orders.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain parts inventory.
• Lead and develop the service repair team; hire top talent.
• Take ownership and accountability for service operations.
