Svitla Systems is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time role focused on Europe, coordinating with Lyon-based teams to localize LLM-powered capabilities for French staffing workflows. You will drive product discovery and delivery, collaborating with engineering and design to prototype and scale features for French partners and future expansion.

The role requires fluency in French and English, 5+ years in product management, and a track record of launching AI/LLM products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across discovery, design, and delivery.
• Experience launching production AI/LLM applications with guardrails.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Technical literacy to discuss APIs, backend services, and frontend apps with engineers.
• Experience translating business needs for clients and partners.
• Curiosity about AI technologies in B2B settings.
• Experience with HR tech, recruiting, or staffing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting LLM-powered capabilities to French staffing workflows.
• Own cross-system delivery with engineering to produce testable increments and coordinated rollouts.
• Conduct user research to understand French staffing operations and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype ideas with users and partners.
• Communicate product requirements and constraints clearly to stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key success metrics for the French market.
