• 5+ years of wood-frame construction experience.
• Experience as Framing Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Multifamily framing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee framing crews across multiple jobsites.
• Coordinate manpower and crew assignments based on project needs.
• Ensure framing work stays on schedule and meets production goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for crews.
• Travel between Arizona jobsites to support crews.
