Position Summary:

The Framing Superintendent is responsible for managing all aspects of framing construction in the field, including wall installation, floor and roof trusses, sheathing, hardware, and specialty scopes. This role ensures that field crews, subcontractors, and schedule align to meet project goals, while maintaining safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations of framing construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise framing crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage schedules, deliveries, inspections, and jobsite logistics
• Conduct daily site walks and monitor productivity and progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and efficiently
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
• Uphold a strong safety culture and enforce site-specific safety plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in framing construction supervision
• Proven leadership on commercial or large-scale residential jobsites
• Strong knowledge of commercial building codes, construction methods, and framing systems
