Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Store operations: adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Interact with customers to build relationships and provide custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results with high quality and on-time completion of framing orders.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products in-stock and well merchandised.
• Support shrink and safety programs and participate in stock replenishment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and truck unloading when needed.
