Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Charleston West Ashley store. You will assist customers, help locate products, and provide framing solutions. The role involves operating framing equipment, processing framing orders, stocking departments, and supporting omni-channel processes.

The position emphasizes friendly service, adherence to SOPs, and contributing to a well merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and participate in truck unloading and stocking.
