Job summary

International Erosion Control Association in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will oversee budgeting, planning, scheduling, safety, and quality while managing relationships with owners and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in multifamily/commercial construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and a drive to build solid client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant construction background.
• Minimum of three years in multifamily and commercial construction.
• Strong ability to organize, analyze, and solve problems and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets.
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion.
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to management.
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction including safety, staffing, and ensuring documents are followed and schedule is met.
