This is a physically demanding role performing on commercial job sites with various hand and power tools; reliable, long-term candidates preferred. The job includes long hours, 10-hour shifts, overtime, and the need to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in framing carpentry work and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of various construction materials and fasteners.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches or building plans.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure lengthy physical work.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and finish carpentry on commercial job sites.
• Assemble and fasten materials to form frameworks using hand and power tools.
• Read specifications and ensure accurate project layout and measurements.
• Work safely outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain accuracy and quality on cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
