Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking team members in a retail environment at our U.S. locations. You will assist customers with framing solutions, process orders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

This role focuses on delivering friendly service, following SOPs, and supporting Omni channel processes. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, assisting with framing production, and helping customers locate items while maintaining safety and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Experience selling products and/or services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking to keep shelves stocked.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
