Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join a team specializing in residential and light commercial construction. This role requires strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship while working with advanced building systems like ICF and SIPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framing & Rough Carpentry - Work with SIPs, ICF, and traditional framing methods to complete high-quality structures.
• Team Collaboration - Work efficiently with crew members to stay on schedule and meet project deadlines.
• Punctuality & Reliability - Arrive on time, ready to work, and contribute to a productive job site.
• Continuous Learning - Stay engaged, refine skills, and actively improve craftsmanship.
• Worksite Organization - Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of framing experience in residential or light commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of framing techniques, tools, and materials and physical ability to perform duties.
• Ability to work on the ground and in the air - standing walls and setting trusses.
• Ability to follow blueprints and project plans accurately. (Preferred).
• Experience with ICF and SIPs construction (Preferred).
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Must be self-reliant to get to and from work sites - reliable transportation.
