Magna Cosma International in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a manufacturing team lead to coordinate daily production activities, assign job rotations, and ensure quality standards and schedules are met. You will maintain a clean, safe work environment and monitor timekeeping and attendance.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and leadership skills. Post-secondary education is a plus; knowledge of OSHA and DOL guidelines is desired, with weld and
