Addison Group, a boutique asset management firm based in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Framer Web Developer to transform its website into a high-performing growth engine. You will own the build of engaging digital experiences, from design to launch, in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, modern front-end development, and a strong focus on SEO, analytics, and performance. This is a contract-to-hire onsite position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of web development/front-end experience.
• Hands-on experience building websites and landing pages using Framer.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end principles.
• Experience implementing technical SEO and website performance optimization.
• Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Experience with website testing and optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed in education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize web experiences using Framer and modern front-end practices.
• Create responsive, mobile-first experiences across devices and browsers.
• Implement interactive components, animations, and user flows to boost engagement.
• Ensure accessibility and performance benchmarks are met.
• Own on-page SEO initiatives including structured data and indexing best practices.
• Collaborate with content/marketing to improve organic visibility and search performance.
• Monitor site health, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals; drive improvements.
