Job Requirements

• Must be dependable (show up on time)

• Rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring
• Doing joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports
• Familiar with current woodworking & construction methods – must have a valid driver’s license for a motor vehicle check
• Some experience with rough carpentry, framing and siding, finish, cabinets, door installation is a plus
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for a protracted length of time
• Ability to operate a 19‑foot scissor lift
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard‑hat, vest, etc.)
• Work rain or shine; you will get hours
