Job summary

Sands Wall Systems, Inc. is seeking a FrameCAD Designer & BIM Coordinator to develop production models and shop drawings for cold-formed steel framing and panel systems. You will integrate design drawings with project requirements and ensure accurate fabrication-ready outputs.

You’ll use Revit, AutoCAD, and FrameCAD to coordinate BIM models, support design reviews, and drive production efficiency from design through installation, collaborating with the Design Team Lead and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with FrameCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FrameCAD models and production drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and trades.
• Support production planning, field verification, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Design Team Lead and project managers for vendor coordination.
