Job summary

Colony Brands is seeking a Fragrances & Beauty Merchandising Manager in Monroe, Wisconsin to lead the development of strategic product assortments across fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, bath & body, and beauty accessories. You will drive growth by optimizing category performance, building vendor partnerships, and collaborating with teams to bring innovative, customer-focused products to market.

You will monitor trends, plan seasonal strategies, and manage end-to-end assortment decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandising, buying, beauty industry, marketing, or related business experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Consumer Science, Marketing, Merchandising, or related discipline.
• Creative individual who can conceptualize merchandising strategies and assortments.
• Strong vendor relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional projects.
• Ability to research and analyze business opportunities and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor beauty industry trends, launches, and competitive activity to inform decisions.
• Develop merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal financial goals and brand positioning.
• Partner with Planning to build seasonal financial plans and adjust pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Lead end-to-end assortment planning, including product selection and vendor negotiations.
• Build relationships with fragrance houses, beauty brands, and supplier partners for growth.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders on catalog, digital, and promotional assortments.
• Communicate product attributes and trend stories to creative teams for compelling presentation.
• Evaluate category performance and identify gaps to improve conversion and profitability.
