Job summary

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment focused on a great guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and fostering loyalty.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance per visual standards, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and embody brand values.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication within the store.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control; follow safety and loss prevention measures.
• Strive to meet or exceed KPI goals through planning and execution.
