• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards, planograms, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team aligned with brand values.
• Assist with inventory management and control expenses.
• Follow safety, loss prevention measures, and company policies.
