Glossier in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Fragrance Category Development to own the end-to-end fragrance portfolio, including reformulations and regulatory updates, and to lead cross-functional work with internal teams and external partners.

You will translate priorities into clear plans, manage timelines and risks, and ensure documentation, quality, and brand integrity at every stage from brief to launch.

Formación

• 5+ years in fragrance development with ownership of complex development projects.
• Strong fragrance knowledge and olfactive literacy with regulatory awareness.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end fragrance development from brief to launch.
• Evaluate submissions and provide technically informed olfactive feedback.
• Coordinate with fragrance houses and contract manufacturers for development.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
