Job summary

Osmo is a fragrance and packaging production company seeking a Packer to support operations. You will receive finished formulations, blend and repack products into final containers, apply labels, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to stand for extended periods, and attention to SOPs and safety standards. Shuttles and a fast-paced team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Shows manual dexterity and steady hands for packaging tasks.
• Able to work in a team and communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished formulas and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation.
• Blend and homogenize materials per SOPs and transfer to final containers.
• Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards.
