Job summary

Osmo in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Packer to support fragrance production operations. You will receive finished formulas, blend and repack products into final containers, label them, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, working with a production team, and maintaining clean, safe packaging workstations while contributing to on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred.
• Good communicator and works well as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation.
• Blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPs.
• Transfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficiently.
• Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards.
• Assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required.
• Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protection.
• Stage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff.
• Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors.
• Maintain clean and organized packaging workstations.
• Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.

About The Role
