Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree.
• Chemical, laboratory background.
• Internship or lab training preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Follow procedures, protocols and quality standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with automated systems and task management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetics or laboratory environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sample prep.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Weigh fragrance compounds accurately according to formulas and GMPs.
• Prepare and process raw materials with barcode tracking and labeling.
• Produce fragrance oil reference samples for QC standards.
• Safely handle fragrance ingredients per lab safety protocols.
• Fill sample requests and prepare perfume submissions for stakeholders.
• Complete administrative and system documentation with accuracy.
• Manage raw material inventory including shelf-life, replenishment, labeling, and contamination prevention.
• Prepare fragrance oil applications for internal evaluation using laboratory techniques.
• Support lab operations through equipment maintenance and adherence to HSE standards.
