Job summary

Osmo, a digital olfaction company, is seeking a Full-Time Sample Lab Compounder at its Elizabeth, NJ facility. You will measure, weigh, and blend raw materials and essential oils according to batch sheets.

Operate and clean mixing tanks and other production equipment, follow SOPs, and monitor inventory while collaborating with quality control and production teams. Required: 2–5 years in fragrance or flavor sample lab compounding, extreme attention to detail, ability to lift 25 lbs, and precise

Qualifications

Experience in sample lab compounding within fragrance or flavor manufacturing.
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy when measuring, weighing, and blending raw materials.
Ability to follow written formulas and instructions precisely.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Fragrance compounding: measure, weigh, and mix materials per formulas and batch sheets.
Operate and maintain mixing tanks, scales, pumps and other production equipment per SOPs.
Follow safety protocols, PPE, and handle hazardous materials as required.
Monitor raw material stock and notify supervisors of shortages.
Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
