Job summary

Ranger Station is opening a new Charleston location on King Street. We are seeking Fragrance Guides to deliver an engaging fragrance journey and help guests connect with the Ranger Station story.

You will lead customers through discovery, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming, elevated store environment while supporting daily operations and events.

• Interest in fragrance, candles, and storytelling through scent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ranger Station Fragrance Guide – Retail Associate

In-Person | Charleston, SC – King Street

Ranger Station is a premium fragrance house inspired by the great outdoors. At our Fragrance Houses, we believe life was meant to be an adventure—and scent makes it an experience.

As we prepare to open our new Charleston location on King Street, we’re looking for Fragrance Guides to help bring the Ranger Station experience to life in a new market.

As a Fragrance Guide, you will lead customers through a thoughtful and engaging fragrance journey. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, how they’re made, and the Ranger Station story. Above all, you’ll create a welcoming, elevated environment that invites customers to explore and connect with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
