Responsibilities

Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building customer relationships.
Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
Maintain store appearance per visual standards, planograms, signage, and cleanliness.
Support the Store Manager and foster a high-performing, values-driven team.
Assist in inventory management and control expenses.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and code of ethics policies.
