Job summary

Nordstrom Beauty is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to create personalized experiences for customers, delivering makeup applications and skincare analyses while driving sales. You will engage customers, build relationships, and promote latest beauty trends and brand knowledge in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming storefront, handle appointments, and contribute to Nordstrom’s customer loyalty through the Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling with selling tools (text and social).
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness.
