Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Warehouse Loader to support receiving and shipping operations. You will help move large glass windows and doors safely and accurately, inspecting shipments and recording data while loading trucks by hand.

This role requires attention to detail, dependability, and safety in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience (or willingness to obtain licenses) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of distribution or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Experience receiving shipments and storing large, fragile inventory.
• Ability to pull and verify customer orders with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift or industrial vehicle operating experience or willingness to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain high safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Handle and move large glass windows and doors safely and accurately.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for completeness and damage.
• Load trucks by hand, scan products, record data, and complete paperwork.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely as part of daily tasks.
