Aquafinity is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across North America. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to scale back from full-time work—while still making a major impact in a growing company.

If you’re an expert in digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, and marketing calendar execution—and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams—this is the role for you.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong background in lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing strategy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Creative mindset with analytical ability to optimize campaigns
