NOW HIRING: Fractional Marketing Manager
Location: Jupiter, FL Part-Time | ~20 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule | Strategic Marketing Role$40–$55/hour
Aquafinity is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across North America. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to scale back from full-time work—while still making a major impact in a growing company.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the strategic marketing calendar, including planning and executing blitzes by region and service line
- Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, SEO, and local targeting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with CRM and outbound sales activity
- Develop and manage reputation management initiatives, including reviews and brand positioning
- Oversee email marketing, paid search, and social media initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong background in lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Creative mindset with analytical ability to optimize campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or service-based industries (e.g., construction, technical services, facilities)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
- Past experience in building marketing departments or start-up environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
