Junior Achievement of South Florida in Coconut Creek, FL is seeking a Fractional Human Resources Generalist to handle administrative and operational HR tasks and to support staff development, compliance, and culture.

This onsite, part-time role (28 hours per week) reports to the COO and an external HR partner, offering a dynamic, mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

• The HR Generalist works closely with the COO and external HR partner to ensure all aspects of Human Resources are managed.
