Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of software, data, or analytics products.
• Demonstrated experience launching, scaling, and managing healthcare data products.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge including physician, payer, provider, clinical, or healthcare analytics data.
• Experience creating product roadmaps and managing products throughout the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Experience driving product strategy in fast‑paced or early-stage product environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership and strategic direction for an existing healthcare data product and future product offerings
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and long-term product vision
• Guide healthcare data products through the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption
• Partner closely with engineering teams to drive product development and execution throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with commercial, business, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and align product strategy
• Evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product decisions
• Support go-to-market planning and product positioning initiatives
• Translate business requirements into actionable product features and development priorities
• Mentor and collaborate with internal team members to build product management capabilities and processes
• Communicate product recommendations, roadmap updates, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership
